Maestro Classics Live!

Live performances foster a love of music and every family should attend as many as they can of all kinds of music. They are memorable family outings and are exciting experiences for all young people. Whether you are at a party or sitting in a great concert hall, the pleasure of seeing and hearing and feeling sound live takes music to a new level.

Many orchestras now perform specially designed concerts for young people. Maestro Classics offers its orchestral scores for rent. These nationally recognized works for narrator and orchestra have been performed by major orchestras, including the Dallas Symphony, the Minnesota Orchestra, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and the Boston Pops.

All of these works are intended for audiences ages 6-12 and their families.

Created and premiered at the Kennedy Center by the Washington Chamber Symphony, these scores for narrator and orchestra have delighted young and old alike with their humor, pathos, and beauty.

The Maestro Classics’ Stories in Music series has been recorded with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and has won over 45 national awards.
