Stephen Simon's arrangement of Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker ballet is a one-hour adaptation that includes music from every scene. Unlike The Nutcracker Suite that includes only an abbreviated overture and several of the dances from Act II, this version contains music from Acts I & II. Stephen Simon was uniquely qualified to create this edition, having created well-known performance editions of Handel’s operas and oratorios that led the Handel revival in America.
