Customers may receive a full refund for CD orders placed at www.MaestroClassics.com. To receive a full refund, CDs with Activity Books must be returned to Maestro Classics in their original condition. All individual CDs and CD Collections must be unopened and in their original shrink wrap. Customers will pay for the return shipping costs. Please send return items to Maestro Classics 257 Central Park West #3C New York, NY 10024. Refunds will be processed after Maestro Classics receives the returned items and customers will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org notifying them that a refund has been issued. Customers can expect to see their refund reflected in their account 5-10 business days after Maestro Classics processes the return. All Refunds are issued electronically and will be applied to the customer's original payment method.
CD orders become ineligible for a refund 90 days after purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable. Customers who have issues downloading a digital order should contact Maestro Classics customer support at email@example.com / (888) 540-2811 to request assistance with their download.
